can roxonin tablets be taken with paracetomal ## Roxonin contains the active ingredient Loxoprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, thus it and the Paracetamol are very similar, so it's generally not advised that you take both of them. Please inform the best medicine for a 65 year old female suffering from Rheumatoid Arthiritis, she is also having seviour pain because of an old injury on her hand as well.
