I have a round yellow pill with 40 on one side in brown ink and nothing on the other side. I'm trying to find the name of this. I've been told it was oxyneo but there is something on the back of oxyneo and nothing on the pill I'm trying to find. Thank you. ## Did you ever find an answer for this question Because I'm in need of the same exact answers you are trying to find

Kinda thick light yellow with an arrow on both sides ## Hi msl little, The only pill I've found that somewhat matches your description is Anacin (400 mg) of Aspirin+ (32 mg) of caffeine. It is a white round pill with a thick arrow (sometimes referred to as a Christmas tree) imprint on both sides. How big is the arrow logo on your pill? You can learn more about this drug on the page for Aspirin, ASA + Caffeine Details

What is this pill white round pill with e on one side and 40 on the other side ## Is it possibly a pale yellow? The only listing I have for one with an E on one side and a 40 on the other is pale yellow and is a 40mg Opana ER tablet, which is a narcotic analgesic. Learn more Opana details here. Where did you find it? ## Hi Nicole, Is there any chance that your pill might have an off-white color with more of a yellowish tint to it? Only asking because the pill that fits your description the most is regarded as being yellow and not white. A round yellow pill with an E on one side and a 40 on the other is identified as Opana ER 40 mg; which is used in the treatment of pain. Manufacturer: Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. The only other match that came close was a white round pill that had E and 40...

This pill fits your description regarding its color and shape, but the imprint "40" is not brown and Instead of being blank on the backside there is the imprint "OC". Is it possible that the backside of the pill could've been smudged? Oxycodone comes in various forms and is used to treat moderate to severe levels of pain. Found this pill and cannot find in any database. Probably old, as I found loose in the back of drawer. It's imprint is 40 on one side and large V (not the fancy V) on the other. It looks like an old oxy 40 - but searched for one with the V imprint and cannot find it. Any help is appreciated

What is a round yellow flat pill with "novo | 40" on one side and blank on the other? It was given to me for pain. ## Hi Chris, A 'D-shaped' light brown (may be perceived as yellow) pill marked with novo 40 is reportedly identified as famotidine 40 mg, made by Teva in Canada. For verification, the Drug Identification Number (DIN) is listed as 02022141. Famotidine is marketed for use in treating symptoms of GERD, stomach ulcers and heartburn, among other uses. If you think your pill may be different, I would probably recommend contacting Teva Canada directly just to get a second opinion since the shape or color may be changed by the manufacturer without any prior public announcement. Hope this helps! ## I found a yellow round pill with 40 on one side and novo on the other...

I have found a 'bank money' bag in my sons' room containing approximately 40+ tablets. They are all small yellow pills. Some have the markings B|L on one side and the number 7 or 4 on the other. The other pills are blank on one side and a cross on the other side. Marked as if they are in quarters with one line going down and the other line going across. Can anyone please help me? I need to know the name of the drug. Also any possible side effects. Many thanks. ## Hi, I have seen this also in sons bedroom not sure what it is though. You have any ideas yet? please let me know. I very worried.

Was given this to take every 12 hours by my pain doctor due to severe pain and having to have spinal and neck surgery. It really doesn't help and now people are telling me it's generic. It has 40 on one side and op on the other side. ## Hello, Punkin! How are you? No, the tablets with the OP marking are manufactured by Purdue Pharma and they are the name brand Oxycontin. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, not every medication works for everyone that tries it, so you may need to try something else.
