i have found a round yellow pill that has 4233 and a "Z or an N on one side and looks like a number 1 on the other side of it. Can youy help so I know to throw it away or give them to who ever left it in my house. Pill has imprint "ora" on one side, there may have been room for another letter on each side. No imprint on other side, not a trace. What is this pill!? ## Hello, Sky! How are you? I can't be completely certain, since it's an older tablet, but it might be an early version of Orapred. It's a brand name for the steroid Prednisolone, which is now manufactured by Alliant Pharnaceuticals. They still use the ORA on one side, but have the dosage listed on the other. According to the FDA and NIH this medication is a beta blocker and is used to treat high blood pressure.This particular brand is not sold in the US so I was unable to pull up the rest of the information regarding it's inactive ingredients and manufacturer.
