Round White With On Both Sides

trying to find out the pill I found. It is round, white, no score marks, flat with a capital P on both sides. I was on donnatal and valium at different times. I wonder if it is a generic donnatal.. Please help!! ## I can't find a listing for it under any prescription medications or in the general database searches. Is it possible that it may be an over the counter product? Have you been on any supplements? Cold remedies? Anything like that? Usually an odd imprint like this is an over the counter product logo. ## I have done a search and found that it is Proprinal, an Ibuprofen pain reliever.

found a white round tablet with an x imprinted on both sides. about the size of an altoid. ## It sounds like the X is probably just score lines on the tablet and without any other real markings, there is no way to positively identify it. I am sorry, I wish I could be or more help. Did you find it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Sounds like the ones I found in my house (cleaning lady, kids?). One half an inch in diameter. Two wide (about 1/32 of an inch) lines cross, to form a long off-centered and slightly askew X on both sides. These are not scores, but a design that looks like two skis (angle is about 20 degrees). The pill's faces are slightly rounded outwards, not flat, like two dishes face-to-face.

Small white round pill plain in both sides ## Hi kwoman, U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have unique letters or numbers (sometimes in addition to a logo of some kind) imprinted on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. Since you can't find any markings on this pill, I would consider taking it to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. I hope this helps!

Someone gave these 10 tablets to my 17 year old and told her they were diet pills. I've been in pharmacy for 12 years and never seen a diet pill like this. ## Hi Nichole, I ran a google search for this pill ID and the only info I can find suggests that it might be an anabolic steroid, possibly by the name Anavar. I believe the manufacture is International Pharmaceuticals, which from what I've read, supplies steroids. Do you think your daughter would tell you who she got them from? It's actually difficult to say, since they are no markings, I can say that it is most likely an over the counter product, since all prescription tablets in the U.S. must have imprints. However, that does leave it open to a lot of possibilities. It could be a children's medication, something for adults, or even just a supplement. There are many blank, round, white pills among over the counter products. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. My grandfather was a Doctor back in the day, and I am trying to identify all of the antique drugs to see which may be rare and worth money and such, any way, like i said in the title, i have a good number of these pills, unmarked, simply a round white pill, and on both sides, an S' inside of a triangle. Now keep in mind these are antique so chances are whatever it is may n ot be around any more or is very different looking...thanks for your help! ## I believe that it is Fiorinal made by Sandoz pharmaceuticals in Hanover NJ. Found a small white pill with M on both sides. Just trying to identify it ## The closest match I could find to this is a white round pill about the size of a tylenol with the imprint "M M" on one side and a cobalt logo on the other side; this being Metformin (500 mg), from Canada. Does this sound like it could be a match? If not, I'm thinking that it may have been either discontinued or is not available in the US. One thing you can do is take the pill over to your local pharmacy and see if they have any particular way of testing for ingredients. Unfortunately there's not much else you can do in a situation where the pill is manufactured outside of the U.S, unless you have a way to contact the manufacturer or the source where you got it from.

It's a flat white round pill that has a cross on each side without numbers or letters. ## Hello, Rocksteady! How are you? I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. The pill is round and white on both sides, on side says W-R and the other side may have said something but it appears to be scratched away at or worn off. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR. I found this and was wondering what it was? ## There are two tablets with this marking, both are round, and white, but one has a C on one side, and the 2 on the other, while the other has the C over a 2 on the same side, and is blank on the opposite. The pills are white or maybe a bit more off white but are completely round. They have absolutely no markings on either side. A friend ordered them from India (or New Delhi, India). No marks AT ALL!!!
