The only other ingredient in them is starch, which holds the pill together, as aspirin is very powdery. It's a value product, but while cheap, it is also effective. I bought a bottle of 1000 of these pills for 10 dollars. When I get a headache I take four of them, two 500 mg acetaminophen pills, and a 200 mg caffeine pill (caffeine speeds up the effectiveness of these drugs). I have a pill also described as a pill for migraine but I do not know what it is other than that and I want to know more. On one side it has an M on top and 512 on bottom with no score separating the two, on the other side it has nothing and no score on that side either. All I read about that is close has scoring on one side, this has no scoring at all and the inscription just as told above. Does any one with migrains know what this is??? after refill of the above, they do not seem to work the same way they did for treatment of my high blood pressure. The pill has the number 832 with a triangle and another triangle inside that one on the border, which appears above the number.
