They are all required to have markings to enable their identification. That means that it is most likely some type of over the counter product, which leaves it open to many, many possibilities. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. The pill is quite small and round. Less than 1/4" (0.5cm) across. It is Blank on one side and on the other side is a ~ imprint that goes almost to the edges of the tablet. Clean white colour. IT is a white round pill with the imprint 512 on one side and a line/score on the other side. Maybe the 51 got smudged off?
