If so, this tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Promethazine. The FDA classifies this medication as an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat or prevent nausea and vomiting. demerol diazapam ## Letters that are on a tablet do not necessarily designate what the tablet contains, in many cases they are just the logo of the manufacturer. As to this one, I can find a listing for it among U.S. prescription medications, it doesn't match any of the U.S. approved ones for Demerol or Diazepam. Bought levothyroxine 75mcg at pharmacy in Costa Rica. Packaging says made by Merck in Mexico. White pill with 75 on one side and a cross on the other. No letters but everything I read says it should have an EM with the number. Anyone know if it's ok if in merck package that says levothyroxine 75 mcg? ## Hello, Lee! How are you? White round pill one side T-M other side SCORE LINE , WHAT IS THIS????? ## Hi Saku, I don't know if this is your pill, but from what I could gather, a company by the name of T&M Distributors reportedly makes a white round 30mg Pseudoephedrine HCL tablet with the letters T & M on one side and cross scored on the other. It also carries a National Drug Code of 99999000256. The imprint seems so similar to your description that I wonder if it would be a good idea to contact T&M Distributors directly in order to find out if they played any role in making your tablet as well. Trying to find out the name of a small white round pill with the letters APO on top and TI-4 on the bottom. The other side has two lines; one going down and the other going across. ## A white round pill with APO over TI-4 on one side and cross-scored on the back is reportedly identified as Tizanidine 4mg, used as a muscle relaxant. This is one of the over the counter Stacker products that's used for energy and weight loss, though I have to be honest and say that I have lost track of their imprints and can't find details on which specific one this is. With the EF on there, however, I do believe it's one of the later ones that is Ephedra free, since its safety has come under question in recent years.
