Round White Pill One Side 500

Hi. I've found a round white pill with P500 imprint one one side and the other side is smooth. The imprint is divided by a line where P is above the line and 500 is below the line, no idea what it is. Tried looking online but cant find any results, any ideas? ## Someone gave me the exact pills for pain but i cant find them anywhere online what are they?

I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. The pill is round and white on both sides, on side says W-R and the other side may have said something but it appears to be scratched away at or worn off. Any help is great...thanks! ## It's very hard to say if we aren't certain of the imprint. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR. I've been taking metformin 500 mg tabs for 2yrs and this is the 1st time I've received a pill with 397 on one side and blank on other and it smells really bad. Never had any metformin smell! This leads me to believe that the two are the same but one is simply given a blackberry flavoring for those that do not like the medicines bitter taste. I can not find this exact pill anywhere. Does anybody know exactly what it is? It has 44 148 on one side and 500 on the opposite side and is a white round pill. Round white pill, rather large, quite smooth, not grainy like other meds. Blank on one side with an imprint 121 in the middle on the other. White Round pill with R M B printed on one half of one side (the rest is blank) with a little divider divot underneath it. The letters seem slightly spaced apart with the M being slightly higher printed than the R and B.
