Pill white round with 500 imprint one side other side blank? Can anyone tell me what this is? ## I am also having a lot of trouble with this even with identifiers... Hopefully someone will answer. It's been like a year so hopefully someone knows. Someone definitely knows. They might not use this site or it's like manufacturers that also probably wouldn't use the sites... Damn. ## Hello Missmiss, I found a pill that matches your description. What I found was a metformin hydrochloride 500 mg oral tablet, which is used to treat high blood sugar levels associated with type 2 diabetes. Below I have added a picture and some information that I sourced from the National Institute of Health. Product Code: 71717-104 Ingredient(s): metformin hydrochloride 500mg Inactive Ingredient(s):...

I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. The pill is round and white on both sides, on side says W-R and the other side may have said something but it appears to be scratched away at or worn off. Any help is great...thanks! ## It's very hard to say if we aren't certain of the imprint. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR. Some of the most common side effects are: drowsiness, dry mouth, headache and dizziness. You can read more about it here: M...

Is this really metformin? ## HI, Kimie! How are you? Yes, the round, white tablet with 397 on it contains 500mgs of Metformin. And to be honest, if you've never had one where you had to smell that awful odor before, you were very fortunate. That is completely normal and very disgusting. Learn more Metformin details here. Is there anything else I can help with?

approx 7mm in diameter, one side is plain the other has a line across with CD on the top and C below the line. ## Hi Peggy, The closest match I've been able to find is Co-codamol with (8mg) of Codeine + (500mg) of Acetaminophen. It is a round white pill with CO over COD. Do you think this could be your pill? Co-codamol (BAN) is a compound analgesic consisting of a combination of codeine phosphate and paracetamol (acetaminophen). Co-codamol tablets are used for the relief of mild to moderate pain when paracetamol or NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, aspirin or naproxen alone do not sufficiently relieve a patient's symptoms. Co-codamol is marketed under various brand names in addition to the generic name. Side effects: Side effects can include constipation, skin rashes, dizziness, sedatio...

the white pill APO/500 is acetaminophen, which is tylenol (500mg of tylenol) ## That is correct. However, for anyone attempting to identify a tablet, there are several with similar markings, so pay close attention to the shape, color and any other details added to the marking. Are there any other questions or comments? ## i actually found that in my daughters room... can it be abused?

Is auro-metformin blackberry 500mg the same pill as RXP 500mg metformin, just flavored with blackberry? ## Hello Betty, The Auropharma manufacturers page only shows the ingredients for the 500mg metformin and does not list the inactive ingredients. This leads me to believe that the two are the same but one is simply given a blackberry flavoring for those that do not like the medicines bitter taste. Below are the active ingredients. • Crospovidone • Magnesium stearate • Polyethyleneglycol 3350 • Polyvinyl alcohol • Povidone • Talc • Titanium dioxide I hope this helps.

I can not find this exact pill anywhere. Does anybody know exactly what it is? It has 44 148 on one side and 500 on the opposite side and is a white round pill. I believe it is pretty old and discontinued maybe and that's why I'm having a hard time. ## This tablet is now manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they have stopped printing the 500 on the opposite side. Teva lists it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic, or store brand of extra strength Tylenol. So yes, the one you've found is old. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, and stomach upset. These are also available in some first aid kits. This medication is most commonly used to treat fever, dizziness, and moderate aches/pains. Is there anyth...

I have these white circular pills which are blank on the one side and on the other it has a line splitting it in half with a S on the one half and a 4 on the other half. Does anyone know what they are? ## what you got there is co codimal containing 8 mg codein and 500 mg parecetamol which is available as an over the counter medicine ## I concur that this is a co-codamol; white, circular, about 12mm diameter, 3 or 4mm thick, blank on one side, a split line on the other which separates an 'S' and a '4', 8mg codeine and 500mg paracetamol - as I am holding a pack of them just now from a UK pharmacist. ## They’re co-codamol. For sure. I’m a pharmacist. It’s the only thing they could be. ## I found a white round pill with S 4 on it. Can you tell me what it is?

Found a round white pill with a capital R on top half, then a line in the middle of the pill all the way across and then 500 underneath the line... anyone know what this is? Can't find any description about it ## Round white pill with a capital R top half a line with 500 bottom half ## Depending what condition your pill is in, is it possible that the letter may actually be "MP" (somewhat fused together)? Just wondering as I located a white round pill with MP over a score line and 500 underneath. The M & P are merged together as if it were one letter/logo. The other side being blank. It's identified as Ketoconazole 200mgs, which is used for treating various types of fungal infections. For verification, the manufacturer is reported to be United Research Laboratories (M...

What would you say this Tylenol 3 is the equivalent to: Hydrocodone /5-500 mg. or 7.5 - 750mg. or 10 - 1000 mg? OR Vicodin, OR LORTAB (all in the same miligrams as listed above)? ## Hello, Neet! How are you? First, I'd like to state that Vicodin, Lortab, Norco, Lorcet and Hydrocodone/APAP are all the same medication. They are just different names for a narcotic analgesic that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. And just for everyone's information, the ones with those higher amounts of Acetaminophen are no longer available on the U.S. market. Now, that said, the Codeine in Tylenol 3 is actually a very weak narcotic. The tablet you've asked about is manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen. 30mgs of...

What is a white round pill marked and scored on one side only (1800 with a fancy V at the top)? ## Hi Naganama, I located a round white pill with a fancy V below a score line and the numbers 0031 above it. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. For verification, the pill itself is reportedly 12.00 mm in size and carries a NDC of 00603-0268. An image of this pill can also be viewed by following the NDC link. And even if it's not a match, I think we can still point out that Qualitest is probably the manufacturer since they make other tablets ...

White Round pill with R M B printed on one half of one side (the rest is blank) with a little divider divot underneath it. The letters seem slightly spaced apart with the M being slightly higher printed than the R and B. Got it in Macao from a doctor for having canker sores on my throat along with two other pills: Amoxy 500 capsule (maroonish on one half that has the words printed and a blank dark yellow half), and a small, oval, orange pill that both sides of CP stamped on the upper half and a funny looking L (where the end of the bottom part of the L is slightly curved up as if someone drew a comma too close to it) with a divot separating the CP and L. Was instructed to take the first two (1) three times a day, with the orange oval one being (2) three times a day. I can only assume th...
