white tab with a + or X on one side and 503 on the other side ## I am trying to id this pill with the same description as above, and so does anyone know what it is?: a white round pill with a 503 insciption on one side and on the other side, it is scored like a cross, possibly to enable the patient to split it into four doses. Please let me know asap because O saw my dog chewing on one out of a nighbors trash a few moments ago, and my neighbor is not home right now and my vet is sick and I cannot get service from any other vet clinic to check out my Sasha at this time of the night in my small town. small round white pill on one side is a capital M with a box around M and the other side is scored with a 5 above score line ## white pill with 503 on one side and + on the other ## This is generic (M 5) methphenidate. It is generic for 5mg Ritalin. Ritalin is a controlled substance 2 used for ADHD and other types of behavior and attention problems. It can be very addictive and side effects include serious loss of appetite, headache, heart palpitations, diarrhea. ## Teresann......are you sure there are no other markings on the pill? Is the t a letter or just a cross in the pill? ...
