I found a round pill with a stylized K on one side and 30 on the other side. I believe that the K is the mark for Knoll Pharmaceutical. Thanks for your help ## This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol.

I found two pills in a cabnet that are reddish/brown in color and about the size of a dime in dia. approx 1/4 inch thick. on the top of the pill has (L489) engraved on it. Hello i found a little peach colored pill with L 165 printed on it. Can anyone tell me what it is? ## I haven't been able to find a listing for this, but that is most likely because it is an over the counter product and those imprints are not required to be listed with the FDA. However, the L followed by 3 additional numbers is used by LNK International and they only manufacture over the counter products that are sold by various stores as the generics or store brands. It is a birth control, generic for Desogen, it is called Apri. ## Thanks for the input.....I found it in my dining room and had no idea when/where it came from. ## Someone must have dropped it, the coating on them, if they get damp can also be a little sticky, then when it dries, it sets up normal again, so it might have been dropped outside and tracked in on someone's shoe, or even a paw if you have pets. ## round pills 44 on top 291 on bottom tan in color pill form

So unless you can easily tell that it'll squish or bend with your fingers, it sounds to me like you should just swallow it normally as you would with any other pill. To my understanding, it all gets metabolized in a similar manner, so chewing it vs swallowing may have very little effect on the bioavailability of the drug itself. I hope this helps!

I found this pill while cleaning between my couch pillows. I have a picture of it if there is a way to post. The other side of the pill has a line so you can cut equally in half. White Pill with M 152 printed on it. Its roundish in color. ## Hi Kim, The closest match I could find to this description is that of a white 'round-shaped' pill marked "MP 152". This pill is identified as Atenolol 100mg + Chlorthalidone 25 mg, and is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. Does this sound like a possible match? The "P" is sort of infused into the "M" so you almost can't tell that there's another letter there.
