The pill is round and white. it has 119 on it w an upside down V or triangle that has a P in the middle of the triangle. Someone told me it was methadone. but I've never seen a done look like that. ## Hi mimi, The upside down V with a P in the middle, sounds like it may be a logo from Advanced Pharma. I would suggest contacting them directly (via the link below) to inquire about the logo you're describing: advancedpharma.net/Default.aspx I recently saw another post here in the forums where someone was describing the upside down V and P and it turned out to be from that manufacturer, so I have a hunch that it's advancedpharma, but I guess we'll see. Can you please post back after you hear from them?

I found a white round pill. One side had 54 on the top half and the bottem half was broke but something was written with and 11 at the end. The back side was smooth, no marks at all. Please let me know what you think this is ## Without the completely imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine what this is, with any precision. There are several possibilities. However, my best guess, and this is just a guess, is that it is an 8mg Buprenorphine tablet, since they are commonly diverted and sold illegally. The original marking on them is 54 411. It is a narcotic that is most commonly used to treat opiate addiction and cases of severe, chronic pain. Learn more: Does anyone else have a guess?

I have a pill with no name, just numbers... The pill is round and white, with the number 05 at the top and a marked line in the center, so pill could be divided in two, and the number 112 at the bottom of the pill. Is this Phenobarbital as the pharmacy says it is? ## Hi Ron, The only difference I'm seeing between your description and that of Phenobarbital (64.8mg) is the "0" actually being an "E". However, everything else is spot on as far as I can tell. The manufacturer is ironically listed as "e5 Pharma, LLC" and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 13517-112. Is there any way you could double check the "0" on your pill? ## I checked the pill out with a magnifying glass, and sure enough what looked like a 0, was in fact a very small "...

I found a pill on the floor of my house and have not been able to identify it with any of my current prescriptions. It is about a quarter of a dime in size, light yellow, with an 'R' inscribed on one side and '115' inscribed on the other. I found some posts online about codeine having these inscriptions on a white pill, but I want to be sure of what it is before I would consider using it for a an unpleasant cough or cold.

I CAN NOT SEEM TO FIND OUT WHAT THE LITTLE WHITE ROUND PILL WITH A ON ONE SIDE AND 388 ON THE OTHER IS. COULD SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE? ## I have to admit to being baffled, as well. I can't find this listed in any of our resources. Can you provide any other information? What country was it found in? ## From what I have been able to gather, this pill was manufactured by Able Laboratories, who is now shut down (They stopped manufacturing drugs in 2005, filing a chapter 11 bankruptcy). The marking A 388 is reportedly 25 mg Hydroxyzine, which is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itching, allergies, hyperalgesia, motion sickness-induced nausea, and insomnia, as well as notably for the treatment of mild anxiety. Does that sound about right? You can read more about this...

Need to know what this round yellow wafer is that has RP 115 on one side? Thank u. ## Hi Amanda, "RP" sounds like the abbreviation for a product from Rhodes Pharmaceuticals, as they label many of their tablets in this manner. If you have a moment, I'd recommend contacting them directly for more specific details at: rhodespharma.com/get-in-touch NOTE: There have also been other reports of a large, flat, greyish tablet with RP 115 that's reportedly an antacid similar to TUMS. Since yours is yellow and depicted differently, I can only hope these additional clues help narrow down some possibilities. Please post back if you come across any further information.

However, if you look towards your right on this website, there is a link to a free, printable discount card that might help you save money at the pharmacy. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
