Red Urine

A friend has been taking Biprofenid 150 mg one a day for 3 days and now his urine is red. Is this normal? ## HI, Cathy! Has he consulted his doctor? I have a red rash all over my shoulders, chest and back, but with the red rash there are small dots that look like pimples. it is quiet itchy too ## my son is having bad cerebral headaches, fever,memory loss,red rash arms, all tests so far are telling me nothing,mri-ct-xray-blood-urine and is very non rational at times. he is taking topamax, xyzal, and singulair. i am a very worried mother.

I switched from taking Xarelto for the past 1.5 years to Eliquis. Been on two tabs/day for the past two weeks and this am woke up with two very red eyes. Any body else have that happen? Not sure it's even from the Eliquis but it's a good guess for now. ## Hi Carolann, Did your eyes feel like they were really dry when you first woke up? Maybe this medication dehydrates you quicker than usual? I don't if that's the case, but if so, you may just have to drink more water on a regular basis to help counteract it. Would you describe it as the same type of "red eyes" one might get after indulging in cannabis? I have been taking xarelto for about three months. I have suddenly been seeing a lot of blood in my urine. My urine is now bright red. It has been this way for about three weeks. I also have pain in my kidney area and lower back. I went to my urologist and he took a scan looking for a kidney stone which came back negative. He is going to do another scan with contrast. I have seen that side effects of xarelto can be kidney problems, blood in the urine, and pain in the kidney area. I have been taking Lamictal ffor only 4 days so far. On the 3rd day, in mid afternoon, I started having pinkish color urine. As the day went on, the color of my urine got darker and darker until late evening it was a darker red. By 11pm, my urine was a dark red but I went to bed. Went I got up the next morning the urine was a normal color until about noontime it started a light pink color. As the day went on, my urine would turn from a light pink to a darker red by the time I went to bed. I take Flecainide twice daily and have just increased from 50 mg to 100 mg twice a day. I am experiencing blood in urine but have no kidney of bladder infection. I am taking myrin p forte and I am noticing that my urine color is red and my hands and feet remain hot which irritate me. And I feel hot every time. I hate to be indelicate but I have noticed something strange since taking Eliquis. My urine and bowel movements smell different and I wondered if anyone else had noticed this. I would describe it as sort of a toasted oaty fragrance. I am not making this up or being weird.
