I have these white circular pills which are blank on the one side and on the other it has a line splitting it in half with a S on the one half and a 4 on the other half. Found round white pill speckled with red and I-2 imprinted in red on it, what is it? ## Hi Lisa, The closest match I could locate for this marking shows up as a round white pill imprinted with I-2, (but not with red specs or red imprint). This pill is manufactured by Perrigo Company. There is also a reddish-orange pill that fits this description, but there is no white on the pill. Quite the opposite of the other one. This pill is manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals Inc. Both of these pills are identified as Ibuprofen (200 mg). That said, I can only assume that this "could" be ibuprofen; but I would recommend taking the pill over to your local pharmacy to confirm this. I hope this helps! ...

I found a strange round brown-red pill on a table at a local burrito resturant. it has a 2I on one side and there is nothing on the other side. i looked at similar pills but nothing comes up as the same thing. most other pills ive found have a hyphen between the 2 and the I. if you know anything please let me know what ive found! ## i still havent found anything out... Nuprin Red Acetaminophen 500 MGM
HAS NUPRIN RED 500 MGM ACETAMINOPHEN CHANGED COLOUR TO WHITE? I HAVE BOTH.. SAME LABEL. ## Nuprin actually makes several over the counter products. The red tablet is listed as containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen and the white is listed as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. I wonder if there was possibly a mix-up in labeling? Since these are over the counter products and are not as strictly controlled as prescription medications. The labels on the bottles, however, are very similar, but do list the relevant ingredient.
