Quitting Norcos

Will I have a problem quitting NORCO?

After being in a very serious Car/Truck accident half a year ago, it is time for me to get off two 10-325 NORCOs a day. I am still in pain but soon within 6 months I would have no more. Is it hard to withdraw from a small dose like this? I don't feel dependent although still taking it! ## Hello, Eddy! How are you? I'd still suggest proceeding with caution and tapering, rather than stop abruptly, since you've been taking them for quite awhile. Unless your doctor says otherwise, you can cut these tablets into smaller pieces to gradually reduce the amount you're taking. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
