I have been off the opiates for just over a year and lately due to stress I find myself wanting to deal with my issues by self medicating and used subutex to get clean. Suboxen gives me headaches so I need a dr in the oak ridge area who will prescribe subutex before I go down that addiction path again. I have so much going in my favor and don't want to lose all that I've worked to achieve. Please tell me where and who can help. ## Hi im going for a vacation for 3 months to thailand, right now im on subutex treatment and need prescription on subutex to take with me, i contacted some docter in thailand and they only got methadone , so could you help me with prescription for 3 months, my doctor will not write any recept for some reason i dont know ! my vacation will be broken if no... ...

i,am currantly going away next year too lanzaroti off the cannary islands i,am currantly on a regular script of "18mg of "subutex" per day these have been perscribed by my phyciatrist. will i need too take any proof off my docter or phyciatrist or any docters letters too take with me or can i just take them at my own will ## I would suggest contacting a doctor or pharmacy there and asking them what you need to do. It is most likely that you can take a certain amount with you, but after that you will probably need a prescription from a doctor there to continue getting it. Learn more Subutex details here. Most locations have limits, such as your only being able to take 3 months worth of any prescription medication. Have you looked into the laws there yet? ...

can u get help paying for subutex perscriptions ## Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find an assistance program for Subutex, only one for Suboxone. Learn more Suboxone details here. However, on any of the pages of this site, you will find a link for a prescriptions savings card that you can print and use. I am not sure if it will help with Suboxone, but you can check into it. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## Im in the same boat you say your taking subutex?? I know theres a generic form out there called buprenorphin anyways it list that medication on this website says you may get up to 80% off im about to find out and get my card printed wish me luck! ill be back with the results ## i have been on the subutex 8mg. 3 daily for over a year and had very bene... ...

Where can we buy Generic Subutex in UK? Please can anyone give me some names and address ## Subutex (and it's generic equivalent) are classified as controlled substances available by prescription only. So I think your best bet for obtaining it would simply be to get a script through your doctor. Suboxone may be another possible option if you're finding that Subutex is difficult to get a prescription for. I'm not sure why this is, but many people have stated that doctors are often reluctant to prescribe Subutex over Suboxone as a first consideration. Do you find this to be true in the UK? ...

If I get prescribed the sublingual film could I ask the pharmacy to dispense the generic tablets ## No Nate. They won't switch out. Subutex is a completely different script. ## @nate, It probably wouldn't hurt to ask, but if I'm not mistaken, your doctor may have to be the one to make that request prior to writing your 'next' prescription. Usually the pharmacy will only give you what they have on the shelf at that time unless your doctor makes a point of notifying them on the script that you want a specific form of the medication. Do the sublingual films not work as well for you? ...

Can u fill a subutex script from one doctor and then fill an oxycodone script from another doctor? They are different medications and different schedules the subutex is schedule III. and the oxy is schedule II. I am receiving a subutex script from my doctor once a month and then my other doctor gives me oxycodone when I have surgery . I have filled for 20 oxy's before while on subutex without problems, but if my doctor writes me for 60 oxy will that b a problem? ## Any help here? Oh I live in Florida by the way ## You may run into problems, since they are both narcotics and getting them from multiple doctors is generally considered doctor shopping. subutex with no markings
1 Reply RSS
Do they make 4mg subutex or the generic form with no markings? Its white with no markings. ## Hi debby, According to the FDA, there are no legitimate prescription drugs (made here in the US) that do NOT contain markings/imprints of any kind. So if it's "supposed to be" a subutex, I personally wouldn't trust whomever told you it was, provided that they live in the US. And even if they got it from another country, there's no honest way to verify the contents of a tablet like this one without getting it analyzed by a lab first. So I'd say it's best to not take this pill until further notice, at least to be on the safe side. I hope this helps! ...

I have been on subutex 54 411 white 8mg Tablets for almost 2 Years now, If you do not want to be on another pain medication I strongly believe this is the way to go I have always had a prescription but now I am asking my doctor to lower me off of them I am down to 1 a day where I was at 2 a day I will tell you that 1 full 8mg subutex will not give you any withdraws within 24hrs that's how long they are made to last a lot of the withdraw symptoms are in your 8mg subutex pill fills up your receptors in your brain enough to last you 1 full day. I have heard of other people taking other pain medication between it and not being sick because their is NO naloxone in the Subutex; (NO Blocker) for other pain medication. I will say I am very iffy about coming off of them and very ner... ...

only subutex discount card

Need help paying for subutex ## Hello, Tammy! How are you? I'm sorry, but I have not been able to find a current assistance program for Subutex. This is fairly normal, since generics are available now, which by their very nature are cheaper. One idea to try to save money on your prescription would be to ask your pharmacy if they accept any discount cards. Most of them are free to enroll in, you just sign up on the relevant website and then print the card. Does anyone else have any ideas? Will you insurance cover it? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ...

would like to see some images of the subutex 'wax square' tablets.(clear purple in color) *want to see the markings... if some have just the one line down the middle verses the line down AND across.( + ) ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities on google. If you are certain that this is Subutex, then it's very likely that these pills could either be manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is a fake (not in the sense that they don't contain the said ingredients or work as intended, but the pills could be manufactured from some unknown company). Until I find a square purple pill online that is regarded as being Subutex, I have yet to think othe... ...

Is there any pharmacy in fort meyers that carries subutex? ## Hello, Ryan! How are you? I'm sorry, people all over seem to be reporting difficulties finding many medications, but I've no idea what's going on. However, there is no listing of pharmacies that have any given medication in stock. The only suggestion I can make is that you check with more in the area, but you have to go their physically, with the prescription in hand. If you call they will tell you no, because they don't know if the person on the phone is a legitimate customer or a potential thief. I got super high on meth tonite but want to aleviate the crash will subutex work. ## I'm not sure about Subutex, but I would definitely recommend using Activated Charcoal for this purpose (which can be bought at your local health food store). According to Dr. Al Sears, MD. he wrote an article that spoke of: "Most poisons in your body are attracted to charcoal even prescription drugs. Since your body reacts to most prescription drugs as toxins (thats why there are so many side effects to meds), activated charcoal taken orally will often adsorb prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs, too. . The activated charcoal will fight the poisoning from a medication overdose. Thats why every emergency room carries it. It is also used in many different detox programs to help abso... ...

My rehab clinic's doctor isnot much help. He suggests talking to OBGYN. They say talk to him. So that's how that went. I know that neither one is reccomended during pregnancy but would rather this than use. Any suggestions? ## I was in almost the same situation as you. I had been taking suboxone for several months and then I got pregnant. My doctor who was prescribing the suboxone changed my prescription to the subutex right away.
