Subutex Doctor
i,am currantly going away next year too lanzaroti off the cannary islands i,am currantly on a regular script of "18mg of "subutex" per day these have been perscribed by my phyciatrist. will i need too take any proof off my docter or phyciatrist or any docters letters too take with me or can i just take them at my own will ## I would suggest contacting a doctor or pharmacy there and asking them what you need to do. It is most likely that you can take a certain amount with you, but after that you will probably need a prescription from a doctor there to continue getting it. Learn more Subutex details here. Most locations have limits, such as your only being able to take 3 months worth of any prescription medication. Have you looked into the laws there yet? ...

However, on any of the pages of this site, you will find a link for a prescriptions savings card that you can print and use. I am not sure if it will help with Suboxone, but you can check into it. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## Im in the same boat you say your taking subutex?? I know theres a generic form out there called buprenorphin anyways it list that medication on this website medicationcoupons.com says you may get up to 80% off im about to find out and get my card printed wish me luck! ill be back with the results ## i have been on the subutex 8mg. 3 daily for over a year and had very bene... ...

Generic Subutex
Where can we buy Generic Subutex in UK? Please can anyone give me some names and address ## Subutex (and it's generic equivalent) are classified as controlled substances available by prescription only. So I think your best bet for obtaining it would simply be to get a script through your doctor. Suboxone may be another possible option if you're finding that Subutex is difficult to get a prescription for. I'm not sure why this is, but many people have stated that doctors are often reluctant to prescribe Subutex over Suboxone as a first consideration. Do you find this to be true in the UK? ...

white subutex pill
If I get prescribed the sublingual film could I ask the pharmacy to dispense the generic tablets ## No Nate. They won't switch out. Subutex is a completely different script. ## @nate, It probably wouldn't hurt to ask, but if I'm not mistaken, your doctor may have to be the one to make that request prior to writing your 'next' prescription. Usually the pharmacy will only give you what they have on the shelf at that time unless your doctor makes a point of notifying them on the script that you want a specific form of the medication. Do the sublingual films not work as well for you? ...

Subutex and oxycodone
Can u fill a subutex script from one doctor and then fill an oxycodone script from another doctor? They are different medications and different schedules the subutex is schedule III. and the oxy is schedule II. I am receiving a subutex script from my doctor once a month and then my other doctor gives me oxycodone when I have surgery . I have filled for 20 oxy's before while on subutex without problems, but if my doctor writes me for 60 oxy will that b a problem? ## Any help here? Oh I live in Florida by the way ## You may run into problems, since they are both narcotics and getting them from multiple doctors is generally considered doctor shopping. Are both doctors aware of both prescriptions? ## Not really I guess, I mean that I goto my subutex doc every month, but I am having mult... ...

I am on suboxone (16mg ED) but like subutex/buprenex much better. ## no ## Yes, sorry, they are available by prescription only in the U.S. Have you discussed this with your doctor? ## I need to know if subutex is a white pill and what is the difference between subutex and suboxone ...

Subutex Wax Squares Images
would like to see some images of the subutex 'wax square' tablets.(clear purple in color) *want to see the markings... if some have just the one line down the middle verses the line down AND across.( + ) ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities on google. If you are certain that this is Subutex, then it's very likely that these pills could either be manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is a fake (not in the sense that they don't contain the said ingredients or work as intended, but the pills could be manufactured from some unknown company). Until I find a square purple pill online that is regarded as being Subutex, I have yet to think othe... ...

I urgently need to find a doctor in Santa Monica for prescription of subutex can anyone help me. ## If it's of any help still, I was able to locate a good number of doctors in the Santa Monica area that are known for prescribing Suboxone. Weinstein, M.D. 1315 LIncoln Boulevard Suite 250 Santa Monica, CA 90401 (310)496-5505 Matthew Alexander Torrington, M.D. 1315 Lincoln Boulevard Suite 250 Santa Monica, CA 90401 (310)496-5505 Evelina L. subutex doctor fayetteville tn
i have been abusing prescription pain medication for 6 years & am looking for a doctor in my area that prescribes subutex or soboxone. ## Hello, Anna! How are you? They actually have a website you can use to look for a doctor in you area, it's at suboxone.com, so you can use that to search. Learn more Suboxone details here. This also contains a potent narcotic, so it has the potential to be habit forming, but unlike Methadone it has enabled many people to become completely drug free. cannot find subutex in any pharmacy
Is there any pharmacy in fort meyers that carries subutex? ## Hello, Ryan! How are you? I'm sorry, people all over seem to be reporting difficulties finding many medications, but I've no idea what's going on. However, there is no listing of pharmacies that have any given medication in stock. The only suggestion I can make is that you check with more in the area, but you have to go their physically, with the prescription in hand. If you call they will tell you no, because they don't know if the person on the phone is a legitimate customer or a potential thief. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone know of a place there that has had... ...

Subutex To Help My Come Down From Meth
I got super high on meth tonite but want to aleviate the crash will subutex work. ## I'm not sure about Subutex, but I would definitely recommend using Activated Charcoal for this purpose (which can be bought at your local health food store). According to Dr. Al Sears, MD. he wrote an article that spoke of: "Most poisons in your body are attracted to charcoal even prescription drugs. Since your body reacts to most prescription drugs as toxins (thats why there are so many side effects to meds), activated charcoal taken orally will often adsorb prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs, too. . The activated charcoal will fight the poisoning from a medication overdose. Thats why every emergency room carries it. It is also used in many different detox programs to help abso... ...

Subutex or Saboxone during pregnancy?
I am currently perscribed 20 mg of Saboxone a day. Have been taking it for four months. I Want to have another baby and I am trying to find out if Subutex is safer than Saboxone. My rehab clinic's doctor isnot much help. He suggests talking to OBGYN. They say talk to him. So that's how that went. I know that neither one is reccomended during pregnancy but would rather this than use. Any suggestions? ## I was in almost the same situation as you. I had been taking suboxone for several months and then I got pregnant. My doctor who was prescribing the suboxone changed my prescription to the subutex right away. In the United States there is no studies done showing the side effects of suboxone while pregnant so the FDA has not approved it for use, however in other countries there are ... ...

No, according to current regulations, you actually have to physically see your doctor and take a written prescription to the pharmacy. Doctors who treat with subutex in Phoenix, AZ
Subutex doctors in Phoenix, AZ -- please and thanks ## Hi Sylvia, According to an article on FDA.gov, "Only qualified doctors with the necessary DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) identification number are able to start in-office treatment for Subutex/Suboxone and provide prescriptions for ongoing medication. CSAT (Center for Substance Abuse Treatment) will maintain a database to help patients locate qualified doctors." You can browse through the CSAT's database of doctors here: buprenorphine.samhsa.gov/bwns_locator It looks like there's quite a few options in the Phoenix area. Why Wont My Sons Insurance Company Cover His Subutex
Is there any kind of help I can get from the Mfg. I am a single Disabled Mom and I have to pay out of pocket $269 per month for his Subutex. Please let me know if you or the government has some type of program for us. Thank You. Rose {edited for privacy} ## Hi Rose, Based on my research, there don't appear to be any patient assistance programs available for Subutex (only Suboxone); however, I did come across a number of "Subutex prescription discount cards" through google that can save you anywhere from 5 to 80% off your prescription. You just print them out and show it to the pharmacist whenever you fill a prescription. I'm not sure exactly how much you'll save by going this route, but I'd imagine any sort of savings should be helpful. :) Does anyone else has so... ...

need a pain specialist not an addiction who can prescribe subutex bupenorphine for my chronic boulder county co
I've changed healthcare plans (I receive disability because of chronic degenerative disc disease and spinal arthritis, both of which cause chronic pain). I need to find a PAIN SPECIALIST, not an addiction clinic, who will continue my 12mg/day buprenorphine prescription as well as give me botox IV's in my neck for muscle spasms (caused by 5 fusions that have forced my cervical spine straight). When I search the web for physicians in Boulder County, CO, who can prescribe buprenorphine, all of the listings are for addiction specialists and clinics! What is this mindset among physicians that all patients who need buprenorphine prescriptions are drug addicts? Is there a directory on the manufacturer's site that provides the names of ALL physicians who can prescribe buprenorphine?... ...

Rules and reg. regarding pregnant women and Subutex and detoxing
I need to know if ANYONE has any information regarding KY state regulations of the detoxing and administration of Subutex with pregnant women. Can an MD pull the prescription without warning from a pregnant woman? what are the side effects of withdrawal from this with mother/child in last trimester? ## If the woman is not in immediate, life threatening danger, then no doctor is required to treat her, or prescribe any medication, even if she is pregnant. A doctor has the right to discontinue treating a patient, or prescribing any medications, at any time they deem appropriate. The same as the right as patient has to decide they no longer want to see that doctor, or stop taking any given prescribed medication. The only time treatment is obligated from a medical profession would be if her ... ...
