Premarin Estrogen Patch Post Hysterectomy

I have always used the Alora Patch & love it. It really works for me. I have a question...I lost my job due to an injury on Seoptember 17, 2010 and am in need of these paches. I can not afford them & without them I am experiencing majior bad hot flashes. Do you know of anyone who could help. Like I sated, I lost my job, waiting for Social Security & do not have any income. I am a 41 y/o woman who has had a complete hysterectomy. I am currently taking Estradiol in a low dosage (small pink pill) and have only been taking it for about 3 weeks now. I still don't feel right. I feel like mentally, I'm cloudy and not able to focus. I have been having some trouble sleeping recently too. Also, I'm irritable, and have been having hot flashes something bad. My question is, do you think I would benefit from having the dosage raised a little, or should I wait and see another week. I am also having symptoms similar to an anxiety attack, pretty regularly. Broken thumb will not heal with new bone growth. I use a small patch on joint. Could the patch be a factor in no healing? 4 surgeries in 7 months. Still in a cast with port for bone stimulator. I started taking this a week ago. Since I have been taking it in the mornings, I have been tired, no energy and my legs hurt, can not concentrate or be able to think. I changed to the nights and I sleep really hard and by noon I am ready to sleep again, I am starting to get headaches and my legs still hurt.
