I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. ## That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.

Please answer ASAP ## Based on my research, a round pink pill marked with FR 14 is identified as Emagrin forte (acetaminophen 325 mg + guaifenesin 200mg + phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg) Manufacturer: Unifirst First Aid Corporation The information I'm finding on this pill denotes it as an oral tablet and not something that is chewable. So unless you can easily tell that it'll squish or bend with your fingers, it sounds to me like you should just swallow it normally as you would with any other pill. To my understanding, it all gets metabolized in a similar manner, so chewing it vs swallowing may have very little effect on the bioavailability of the drug itself. I hope this helps!

I found these while cleaning out med cabinet. They were in an Tylenol 3 bottle, but these surely aren't? Small, round, white; SP on one side, 141 on the other. Help? ## I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. You can learn more Docusate details here. Side effects may include nausea, gas, diarrhea and abdominal cramping. On the unmarked one, however, it's very difficult to be certain what it contains. It's most likely something available over the counter, but It's difficult to be sure what exactly it is. Does anyone else have any ideas?
