Light Blue pill oblong , only number" 131" on pill ## Hi Pattay, There don't appear any photographs on the internet that depict what shade of blue it is or the placement of the imprint, but the closest description I'm seeing to yours is a blue capsule-shaped pill with a marking of 131, that reportedly contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen + 25mgs of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Also known as Tylenol PM); which is used for the temporary relief of headaches, minor pain, & sleeplessness.
