I found a small yellow round pill with cls 4 or cls 4 (second one is c slash s). Cls on top and 4 on bottom, plain on other side. Does anyone know what this is? I've been searching the internet and even called poison control and they didn't have it listed. Said it might be because its new. ## I may have located a match to your pill, however I cannot view a photo of it, just a description that appears to be similar to yours. The imprint reads "C54" as opposed to "CS4". Because there is no photo I also cannot verify if there is a score line on the pill. It is identified as Tribenzor (amlodipine 5 mg + hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg + olmesartan 40 mg); which is used to treat high blood pressure.
