I had been prescribed Ecospirin 150 mg once daily after a mild heart attack in 2001. In 2005 I started experiencing ringing in my ears. In 2007 I started experiencing piles. In 2009 I experienced bleeding ulcers. Doc said these are all known side-effects of long-term use of Ecospirin, and finally discontinued it for me. Instead, he has prescribed Clopi---. Can anyone guide me as to whether it is a good substitute for Ecospirin, and whether it too has side effects from long term usage? ## Clopidogrel is a good substitute. You will not have the side effects as caused by aspirin.

Heelo... Please help me.... I need ur heeelp... When i teel my dada that i have pile... He throw me out from the house... Sirr really i need ur helpp sir..... Plllzzz pllzzz plllzzzz m very sad and m goin to depressiom ## Hi prince, I'm very sorry to hear about the situation with you and your father. But from what I've researched, most cases/symptoms of piles (haemorrhoids) are mild and can come and go on their own after a few days. It just doesn't seem right that your dad would throw you out of the house for a medical condition you have, let alone something that may disappear the next day. How long have you been noticing symptoms for? And have you sought out any treatment options?
