It is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they state that it should be oval, white and have the RP on one side and the 15 on the other. I'm unsure how long it's been on the market. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
