SMALL ROUND TAN/PEACH COLOREDILL WITH LETTER L ON ONE SIDE ## Is the L etched into the tablet, or is it printed in black on an enteric coated tablet? If it's printed in black on a coated tablet, then I have a suspicion that this is an over the counter, low-dose Aspirin tablet. I have a bottle here that meets that description, it contains 81mgs of the Aspirin. Learn more Aspirin details here.

L is etched on one side not colored in black, just etched on one side with letter"L" kinda alittle small round peach or pink ,but igueessmore peach ,....small and kinda thick ## Hello, Mike! How are you? From your description, it sounds like you may have found an 81mg Aspirin tablet, it's the low dose one that's commonly taken for blood thinning and heart health. It is an NSAID, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and increased risk of bleeding. I'll also do some more checking to see if I can find anything that matches this description. Does anyone else have another possible ID? ## I have a similar pill that I found and it's small round more the color of pink and has an L that ...

I recently found a white, circular pill with a 107 imprint on one side and a line etched across the other side and I haven't been able to find any information. ## Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing on the internet is a round "peach" pill with 107 on one side and a score line across the other side; the only discrepancy being the color. This particular pill is identified as a 12.5mg Promethazine hydrochloride tablet, used for allergies, motion sickness, nausea, and vomiting. It's reportedly manufactured by Caraco Pharma. I wonder if your pill may be made by this same company given the strikingly similar description?

I know this is a prescription. I think it is a sleeping aid. Small pink/peach/ round pill/not scored /10 on one side nothing on other side ## The closest I've found to this description, so far, is a 10mg Donepezil tablet, a generic for Aricept, which is most commonly used to Alzheimer's Disease.
