I found a pill which is kind of oval shaped. On 1 side it says 'PATR' and on the other side it says 'R 3'. It is yellow. ## I was not able to locate PATR R 3, I did find R 3 with JANSSEN, Click here to see a picture of the pill. i found an oval/ oblong shaped pill with PATR inprinted on one side, and R 3 on the other. the pill is yellow. ## This tablet contains 3mgs of Risperidone, a generic for Risperdal.
