What is the safest and most effective way of extracting codeine from paracetemol. I am giving the composition. 1) Paracetemol 500mg 2)Phenylpherine 5 3) Caffeine : 16mg 4) Chlorophenireamine Maleate: 2 mg ## There are several different formulations available in the US that carry these ingredients, over the counter. Both name brand and generics or store brands. The main issue, however, will be finding all 4 of them. I am taking Robaxin for lower back, leg and foot pain and although it helps I still experience some pain. Can I also take a painkiller such as Adco-Dol or any other form of paracetemol with the Robaxin? ## Hello, Elsie! How are you? You should be able to take something mild, such as the Paracetamol, if your doctor approves. Taking them both may cause the side effects to be a little worse, so you may experience more nausea, dizziness and drowsiness than usual. Is there anything else I can help with?

Propoxyphene is no longer sold in India or anywhere for that matter, as it has been proven to cause heart problems. Darvon/Darvocet is manufactured in India by a number of major pharmaceutical companies there. It's formula includes Paracetemol which is equivalent to acetaminophen, but more potent as an analgesic and less toxic, and also includes in the new formula, tramadol, also a pain reliever. It is manufactured to exactly resemble the same capsule that previously was sold as Darvon, and is very popularly sold and seems more effective. ## I'm sorry, but that is incorrect, there is no difference between Paracetamol and Acetaminophen, they are exactly the same. I found this big blue pill that a friend gave me I have herniated disc in multiple places she told me its for pain. But I'm not sure it's a big round blue pill and it says IKA I need help want to make sure. Hi, I have had pain in my L/ R shoulders and then ended up under my feet ie, swelling. I had an operation for Carpal Tunnel in both my wrists in early 2005 it, took them from 2003 to figure that out and I believe due to the waiting for ACC to do all their testing and getting specialists to assess me. In that time I had to use my upper arms/ upper body to, compensate for my wrists and over that time I have ended up with pain in my both my shoulders it, feels llike they're broken. I have been taking Codiene Phos, paracetemol, since 2003 right up until 2 months ago due to it not working at all. I have pulled something in my lower back right above my coccyx and across the length.
