Hi, I recently developed an ear infection, My doctor in India prescribed me Kineto DP(Diclofenac(50 mg),Serratiopeptidase(10 mg),Paracetamol(325 mg)) for my ear pain, which helped a great deal, But now I am travelling in Morocco and they do not have this medicine here. Does anyone know any alternative here for this tablet? Thanks and regards ## The combination of Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase is available only in India. In other countries you have to use separate tablets.

If Cyclopam is not available, will Paracad work for stomach pain? ## I'm looking for relief from stomach pain and Cyclopam gives me dry mouth. What is an alternative? ## Cyclopan contains Dicyclomine, it is most commonly used to treat stomach and intestinal issues, but Paracad contains Paracetamol, which is used to treat pain, and fever, so no they are not comparable. You should take the one your doctor has instructed you to take. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation. Arun, what is causing your stomach pain?

plese inform me dosage of aceclofenac + paracetamol suspension dose in chilgren ## dear sir , i want some journals about aceclofenac and paracitamol suspension is safe in children. ## The prescribing label for this medication does not specify whether or not it can be used in children. It clearly indicates that these "tablets are supplied for oral administration in adults". And because it does not mention it's use in children, I personally don't think it should be used in any way on them. Every drug can effect people differently, so in order to find out for certain, you'd have to contact your child's doctor. I would think that that there should be some other alternative medicine your child can take if in fact it's not this one. Listed below is a link to the of...

I just had a root canal for one of my teeth and the treatment is still going on for another tooth. My dentist directed me to take Sumo (nimesulide 500 mg + paracetamol 100 mg) and Droxil 500 mg two times a day for as many days long as the treatment is going on. As a result of this, I often feel weak and drowsy. Do these medications have any side effects? Are there any other safer alternatives to these medications?

I have been taking lentogesic caps for about 8 years now. 2 three times a day. Part of my rheumatoid arthritis treatment. With them been taken off the market what can i take and must I wean myself off them. ## Have you contacted your doctor to discuss an alternative? Lentogesic contained Dextropropoxyphene and Paracetamol, it is a mild narcotic analgesic and it was removed from the market due to the fact that Dextropoxyphene and its derivatives have been shown to be cardiotoxic. And, as with any medication, even if you aren't abusing it, your body does get used to having it and a sudden cessation may cause withdrawal symptoms and rebound pain. There are, however, other medications on the market that you can try, but only your doctor can help you decide which ones are safe for you. #...

My daughter has allergy.she has clogged nose and sneezing.she took chlorphenamine, but she cnt breath on her left side of her nose.is it safe if i will give her neozep? ## Neozep contains the active ingredients Phenylephrine + Chlorpheniramine + Paracetamol. Because it is an over the counter medication, it is generally regarded as being safe for public use (as long as you follow the dosing instructions). It is also probably a good choice since it has nasal decongestant properties. If you're looking for a simple, more natural alternative, I would recommend using peppermint essential oil for this same purpose. Just 1 drop around the nasal area would be sufficient in my opinion. I hope this helps!

I have been prescribed Synap Forte for a botched knee op and have been told I need a need replacement but am too young. I must manage my pain through pain killers - hence dr prescribing Synap Forte and Normison. I have a heart murmur and ADD. My pharmacist suggested I ask my GP to prescribe an alternative to Synap as this medicatation is dangerous for both my symptoms. What would you suggest I take. ## i would advice to seek advice for systemic Enzymes ( Revozyme Forte) ## Synap Forte contains Caffeine, Dextropropoxyphene, Diphenhydramine, and Paracetamol, thus in this case, I have to agree with your pharmacist. The Caffeine can aggravate your ADD, according to NIH studies, plus in most countries, Dextropropoxyphene has been pulled from the marked due to the rik it creates of dangerous ...

I can't sleep last night after taking pacofen together with clarithromycin tablet (antibiotic) for my prolonged fever. I am suspecting that the caffeine in pacofen is keeping me awake. Is this right? If so, I am going to take pacofen only in day time. ## Yes, Caffeine is a stimulant that increases mental alertness and can cause insomnia. Learn more Caffeine details here. To treat a fever, the caffeine and codeine in this medication really isn't necessary. What you need to help break a fever is just the Paracetamol. Learn more Paracetamol details here. Have you consulted your doctor? ## I need your advice please help me, when I took claritromycin I cant sleep, what other alternative as a substitute of this pill?
