I have a blue round pill that has an R on the top and 215 on the bottom. I cannot remember if it is my Oxycontin or the generic for it. v on one side ## First off, I would like to inform you that there is no medication called Roxy Cotton or anything of the like. The time released formulation of Oxycodone is called Oxycontin. The regular release version, name brand is called Roxycodone. The immediate release version, name brand is called OxyIR. From what I can find, these tablets are from a foreign source and are an immediate release formulation. If it has a 30 on it, then it contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, in an immediate release formulation. this is a little light blue round pill with a m printed on it and underlined ## I can't possibly list them all, there are far too many on the market. It is the imprint that identifies them. Can you post back with the markings on the tablet in question? There is one that has an M in a box on one side and a 30 on the opposite side of the pill, it is light blue. There is another in a darker blue, with the M in a square and the numbers 596 on the opposite side. If so, then it contains 30mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation, which is a generic for Roxicodone. It isa small light blue almost white pill with a k and a 9 on one side split by a line that looks like it splits the pill. On the other sidethere is nothing. I found it in my kids room. ## This tablet has been identified as containing 30mgs of Oxycodone, a narcotic pain reliever. That said, it is fairly new to the market and not in any databases, yet. So, I don't know what type it is, if it is a time released generic for Oxycontin or a regular release. This is definitely not something your child should have, without a valid doctor's prescription. what does a 10mg roxy look like? ## There is no Roxicodone, which would be the regular release formulation of Oxycodone, in a 10mg tablet. Roxicodone is only available in 5, 15 or 30mg tablets. I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons, but I can give you some descriptions and markings. There is a 10mg Oxycontin tablet, that should have the marking of OP on one side and 10 on the other, the other tablets had OC on on side and 10 on the other and they are both white. As to Roxicodone markings, the 5mg is a round, white tablet and one side it has 54 over 582, the 30mg is round, blue and one one side has 54 over 199 and the 15mg is green, round and has 54 over 710 on one side. i usually take 1 blue 30mg oxycodone pill but right now, i have 6 5mg oxycodone pills-is it ok to take all 6 at once if im use to taking 1 30mg oxycodone pill? ## Good question,.....on one hand I would say ther shouldn't be any problem taking six 5mg tables. However, when combined and taken together this may seem like an increase to your body. To be safe, I would say don't take more than 3 at a time. ## It also depends on the type of Oxycodone, were you taking the time released that is the generic for Oxycontin, the immediate release or the regular release formulation? And are the 5mg pills the same formulation? If they are, then it would be the same as taking 30mgs, but if they are not, it will not work the same. This tablet contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, generic for Roxicodone. This means it is a regular release tablet, were as Contin would signify a time released medication.
