Oxycodone 5 Mg vs. Oxycodone5/ 325

well i had surgery and my surgen priscribed oxycodone 5mg.after my block they put on my shoulder i was in alot of pain so i went to see my Physician and she gave me morphine and i told her i was on oxycodone 5mg from my surgen. She was aware that she was giving me the oxycodone 5/325 because she was still filling them. Being that one had acetaphine i thought it was 2 diffrent things. Now the problem is that i usually use 2 pharmacy which ever is closer and that day that my surgeon gave me a scriped i went to take it out and it was late so i went to a @4hr pharmacy that was near and they told me it was too early and that i was using 3 pharmacys and 2 of the same meds and that he would call my Dr's to let them know.So the next day the surgeon asst calls me and tells me what the pharma...
