Hey forum members! I have read on this website a lot o er the past 5 years but now I am finally writing my own post ...Well let me start by saying I broke my tailbone 5 years ago (when I was 18) and it took a whole year of getting xrays (with no diagnosis because they could not see the fracture) , until they ordered me and MRI which did in fact show the fracture! I received pills packaged as "teva pharmaceuticals usa ndc 0093-0033-01 extended release 80mg". They look like the real thing kinda at least for the packaging. The pills have an X scoring on one side and no product identifier. I called Teva and they are puzzled since their product was discontinued in 2008. i have scoliosis with two fused vertabrae in the top part of my neck and two more vertabrae fused in my lower back. I fell on october 17th and went to the hospital. There they told me i had muscle inflamtion in my lower back.the pain has increased since my fall. I just moved here to the suburbs of Atlanta (Woodstock) from NJ and I am having a very difficult time finding a pain management doctor. I currently take 90mg of oxycodone and 60mg of methadone for chronic neck and back pain. Two of the doctors that were on my BC/BS provider website told me that they could not treat me and made me feel like I was on a high amount of pain medications. I just picked up my prescription from a mom n pop pharmacy. Seems like every other month they have a different manufacturer. Trust me I know - they buy the cheapest brand lot available at the time. But these new ones I just got are horrible. They're produced by Lupin Pharmaceuticals. They are blue in color and HARD as a rock!!! When I visit the website they keep comparing themselves to Mallinckrodt. I used to get Mallinckrodt before I switched to the new pharmacy and they were by far the best.
