Are their new oxycodone 30mg that are blue with what looks like brown specks and are imprinted "m" inside a square and 30 on other side? ## This isn't new. This is the original real deal. ## There is a pale blue tablet with an M in a box one side and a 30 over a score line on the other side, which contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone and has been available on the market for years. I am not, however, aware of them having brown specks in them, but it's been years since I was on them and they could have changed. i have been having trouble getting a good dr who will write oxycodone 30 mg. my back has been broken before and i was going all the way to Florida (a 16 hour drive) just to get my meds. I am on 30mg Roxycotin (oxycodone) 180 tablets per month. I have insurance, however, cannot find a pharmacy that has supplies of prescription (I hear many people are having this issue recently). My doctor might prescribe an alternative. I am very afraid of the alternative due to not understanding how medications translate. I fear it not being adequate for me to function and go to work. What is a viable alternative? Does anybody know. I am told dilaudid (I cannot spell the med.) But the doctor is saying 8mg. in the amount of 110 pills (as opposed to 30mg of oxycodone in the amount of 180 pills) that I am currently prescribed. I saw a white oval/oblong shaped 500mg acetaminophen tablet that fit this description and it has me wondering because the imprints look like they could easily be smudged off or washed out depending the pill's condition... I went to 13 pharmacies in La to fill my prescription and every pharmacy told me they were back ordered and a couple told me they dont carry it because they have been robbed. Ive never had trouble filling it where I live in the Bay Area but I'm down here for the month. Looks like a 30mg M roxy, but isn't. It's darker and smaller. It has a M on one side with the square around it like a roxy. It also has a 30 on the other side with a line under it, but the line is not in the middle like a normal roxy. If not, then it is not any type of prescription medication. Additionally, the only Oxycodone capsule available is a 5mg capsule, which has markings on it. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
