I have a tiny white k/18 is this an immediate release oxycodone I lost my rx bottle to many to keep track of. ## Hello, Kit! How are you? what do they look like are they a small white pill ## There are a couple that are round and white, immediate release tablets. Just a few examples: White, round, m 0552 White, round, 4810 V There are also a few that are capsules. If these don't match the tablet in question, then please post back so I can check it for you. Their small in size and have a line in the middle. I have been taking 2 pills every 4 hours for pain associated with shingles. These are very strong, and I actually fear taking to many for to long and yes I am constipated and have a very hard time urinating.

Is oxycontin and Percocet the same thing except without the tylenol ## Yeah. It's usually extended release instead of the percocet, which is immediate release.
