I get 10 mg. Endocodil in Mexico made by BioGenTec. It is supposed to be the same as the oxycontin prescribed to me in the U.S. However it is not the time released version that I prefer, and is very expensive. What does the "IR" stand for located behind the word Oxycodone and in front of the dosage amount, i.e., 5 mg. When I look up he generic Oxycodone I see that it has acetiminiphine and/or NASIDS-Ibuprophine. I believe the manufacture is Palladone. I have been on opiates for over 10 years now and after refining the dosage amount finally found at sweet zone at 135mgs Morphine per day. I made a big mistake and asked my Dr if I could get rid of the day time Morphine and try something that would not be so sedative during the day. I was switched to Oxycodone from Morphine (not what I asked). The Oxycodone absolutely sucks as it only works for about 3 hours. I have asked several ways to get it changed and have now found myself being compromised. By me asking so deliberately they have now said they are taking all opiates away! How are the 10mg oxycodone made by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals compared to other brands? ## Hi Shizz, According to NIH, the 10mg oxycodone tablets (that are white, round, & scored, with "R" over "P") made by Rhodes, contain the equivalent of 9 mg of free base oxycodone. what is the difference of the letter m and letter a ## If you are referring to pill logos, then that would mean they are being made different manufacturers. When a medication is released for generic production, several companies usually pick it up and start making it. All tablets have to have unique markings on them, to enable their identification. M is a logo commonly used by Mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals and the A has been used by Abbott. Do you have any other questions? ## i know that "30s" come in light blue with markings of A, M, V. I've been taking oxycodone 15mg green tabs for chronic pain management. My last prescription I dropped off at Walmart pharmacy. When I picked up my prescription the pills the pharmacist showed me looked very different from the green round pills I'm used too taking. Theses pills, made my Rhodes made me sick immediately. I suffered withdrawal like symptoms (headache, dry mouth, anxiety) and had little or no pain relief for two weeks. When I took his prescription to be filled yesterday I was told that the government was not letting any of them go out right now (the 5 mg, that is). I got the 15 mg. Most of those ingredients seem fine in terms of not being associated with gluten or soy. Since this particular tablet is scored, I would personally feel safe doing so. Regarding your concerns about doing normal activities afterwards, there's really no way to know ahead of time how this medication is going to effect you (since it really can effect each person differently). Do pharmacys know when oxycodone is due to be delivered ## Hi Kat, It is my theory that pharmacies DO know when any specific medication is going to be delivered. I say this because it is in their power to order these drugs in bulk from various manufacturers or distributors. Although I'm not fully aware of what goes on behind the scenes at any given pharmacy, this is apparent to me because they have to order the medication from somewhere and then charge more for it than they paid the manufacturer. There would be no need for drug manufacturers if pharmacies made their own medications. I hope this perspective helps!

Recently saw some ALL white (inside/out), CDN on one side, 80 on the other in Ontario, break up easily into powder. Has a slightly shiny coating. I believe these are China knock offs? Anyone have any ideas what is in these things? They do appear perfect...well made. The 8 is not bigger than the 0. The only thing that seems odd is there is a very small edge all the way around it...very small! Also the coating seems to have trapped some small powder dust under it...again you must look really close to notice. Looking at it in your hand...it looks identical to the green 80 CDN, only white! I have two v4812 pills, they look like they are legit but one is light blue and the other is Obviously darker... Should I be concerned about quality at all? Were they just made by two different manufacturers? Or are they using different types of dyes now, can anyone shed some light on this... ## If you had both pills filled at a licensed pharmacy then I don't think you should have anything to worry about...
