Don't relieve pain. Avoid them, they may have 3 or 4 mg of oxycodone in them, but only the manufacturer in India would know.sarc. ## I am very sorry that this medication didn't work for you, with some slight fluctuations in generics, not all of them work for everyone. However, the manufactured is Caraco, which is under Sun Pharma and they are actually currently based in Detroit, Michigan…not India. And regardless of where a medication is manufactured, if it is approved by the FDA and available in the U.S. it has to meet the same quality and efficacy standards as any other. they are roxies and they are good but i will always love the ones with m on em.they all contain 30mg oxycodone. a's, m's,k-9s,224's,but stay away from the new capsules they are packing in pain clinic pharmacies. they are horrible although supposed to be the same .they arent. ## Thank you for the information. Don't accept generic oxycodone 30mg oval blue pill with #224 imprint, they don't relieve pain like the oval blue oxycodone 30mg pills with a M imprint. ## Hello! I've taken Roxicodone for 6 years. This month is the first time I've gotten these. They're just made by a different company. I just took one and they made my pain where I could stand it. I've always gotten the big blue pill marked with 224 or the M blocks or the a215 and these are just as strong as all the others ones! ## Just out of curiosity, what makes you insinuate that they're fake if they work so well? My pharmacy just refilled my oxycodone 30mg Rx with kvk tech instead of Caraco mfg. They look the same and have the same 224 imprint. Does anyone know if this is the same company and same medicine or if it is indeed mfgd by two different ones. If so, what are your thoughts? Caraco has always worked well for me, do you think I should return them? If the are both immediate release and contain 30 mg of oxycodone in it what fillers are put in 224 that the M square doesn't have or how much more in it..I've been taking the M square 30mg for years and I was okay. Now I've had my pain pump malfunction so in the interim they upped my Oxycodone. Oxycodone comes in many different shapes and colors. As many different shapes and colors that exist, there are just as many different manufacturers. No one pill is the same. If I take two different pills, one that's marked 224 30mg and the other pill marked 14 (20mg) - [both I understand are oxycodone] - Does that equal 50mg? And is that okay? Side effects the same?
