I've been taking 15mg oxy IR for sometime now, was taking the 10 mg a while back but got the 15's when i changed pain doctors. Has anyone ever gotten these and got changed to a different release formula that seemed to work better, or maybe not as good as the IR? I am "fishing for ideas" and would appreciate someones helpful advice concerning the different types of "release formulas" for oxys. Another thing, Oxy 30's do they also make an instant relief formula? ## There are 3 formulations of Oxycodone available, the instant release, the regular release and the time released formulation. If you got them online, you may have gotten a generic version which could potentially be a lot less potent than the brand name variety. Based on my research, the FDA permits generic formulas to vary by as much as 20% from the active ingredients in brand formulas. Do you think this could be the case?

The side effect profile is supposed to remain the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Are there any questions or comments?

10 mg oxycotin tablet is a oblong/square white pill with 10 imprinted on it other names oxy 10mg or round white pill with oc on one side and 10 mg on the other ## There are no oblong/square Oxycontin tablets, the name brand Oxycontin is only available as round tablets. The original formulation had the OC marking on them and the new ones have the OP marking on them. There are also none that I'm aware of that contain Oxycodone with Acetaminophen (Percocet) that just have a 10 on them and nothing else that match that description. oval white pill with k10 on front nothing on back ## THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT OXYCODONE This is nothing more than a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. ## If the K has an arrow forming the top right part of the K, it is generic Tylenol 500mg. If the K has no arrow, it is Atarax 10mg which is a prescription medication.

What is the difference between roxicodone and oxycodone ? ## From what I understand, Roxicodone and Oxycodone are both the exact same medication. The only difference you might find would probably be in the list of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that different manufacturers use in their tablets. I think the real confusion sets in when people start discussing Percocet (which is sometimes partially labeled as Oxycodone). However, it also contains Acetaminophen; the differentiating factor between those two meds. What is it and what is it used for? ## hi, am diabetic and have been put on mixtard infusion twice a day by my doc, however pimples have invaded my face and yet i have had no pimples before. Coud this be a bad effect of the drug? if so what effective remedies could you suggest for the pimples. I didn't find exact dosages, but I'd imagine the 30mgs would probably be associated with Oxycodone, and the 100mgs is likely to be for Ibuprofen.
