Round dark green pill with a crescent moon and 160 on it. Need to identify it. No other markings and is not scored. ## Hi Dede, From my investigation, the crescent moon is indicative of a product of Actavis Elizabeth, LLC. (now known as Teva Pharmaceuticals). There's also a round green Hydroxyzine 25mg pill by Epic Pharma, LLC. imprinted E 160, whereas the E is oval shaped like a moon. I'm fairly certain that if you took the pill to a local pharmacy for a second opinion that they'd be able to identify it as one of these prospects. However, you could also contact Actavis (Teva) directly for more specific details at: tevapharm.com/contact_us I hope this helps! Please post back if you have any updates! ## What's a round dark green pill that's has haft moom on it and say...

It looks white or possibly light green it has a number 4 on front and two scores on back like a cross ## Hi Kay, The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white oval pill with the number 4 on one side. The other side is scored into four quarters with 42 in the top left corner, 16 in the top right corner, nothing in the bottom left corner, and it looks like a square root sign in the bottom right. This pill is identified as Methylprednisolone 4 mg; Manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc. For verification, you can view a photo of the pill by running a google search under "4 4216 v methylprednisolone". Learn More: Methylprednisolone Details I hope this helps!
