Is there a over the counter med that looks like a yellow watson 10/325 norco? ## To my knowledge there aren't any OTC medications that look similar, as this particular yellow Norco pill is unique to Watson. If there's any pills that come remotely close, I'd imagine them to be Mucinex DM or Guaifenesin + pseudoephedrine tablets.
