What is the Om 75 Orange pill compared to cause even though i know that it is a narcotic i want to know what it is like or equal to that i am already familiar with ## This tablet contains 75mgs of Tapentadol, the name brand for it is Nucynta and while it is similar to a narcotic, it actually doesn't act like straight narcotics do. Therefore, if you are familiar with Tramadol, which is a very similar type of medication, it would be closely compared to that, but it is known to be a little more potent.
