Oblong white pill, what is it? ## PFIZER 551 is a 10 mg Zyrtec coated tablet manufactured by Pfizer. ## Just found 5 pills matching this description in my new bottle of Xyzal 24 hr. What's up with that? I phoned the 800 number on the bottle. A supervisor is to call me back. ## That's interesting Moof, please share what the supervisor says! What I also find interesting is that the person "Troy" who posted that it's a Zyrtec (Cetirizine) back in the day is referring to an OTC allergy medication. And you said you found the mystery tablet inside a bottle of Xyzal 24 hr which is also an allergy medication with a similar sounding ingredient (Levocetirizine).
