what is this blue oblong pill marked "5525" for? ## Hello, Boone! How are you? I believe the marking on this tablet is actually S525 and it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, it's a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM that used to treat pain and insomnia. white pill v on one side and 4212 on the other side ## I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, however, I can tell you that this tablet contains (750 mg) of Methocarbamol. It is white and capsule-shaped (oblong). 4212 is on one side and the letter V is on the other. Methocarbamol is a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms.
