Did Norvasc change the color of Lotrel 10 40. It usually is a blue cap with Lotrel imprinted on on it. last refill pill is blue and white cap with E16 imprint. Pharmacist says they changed. ## Okay, first Norvasc is not the name of the manufacturer, that is actually the name of another medication. The capsule you received from your pharmacy is a generic for Lotrel, which contains the same active ingredients in the same dosage, they are manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The pills I received from the pharmacy are blue and white with E16 imprinted on them, however, the manufacturer is sandoz-cs (geneva). Is that the ... ...

Is it recommended to take NORVASC and Prinival Both ## What has your doctor advised? When it comes to treating hypertension and/or cardiac conditions, the severity of the condition(s) plays a large factor in what medication is used, or if a combination of several medications is needed. Norvasc contains the active ingredient Amlodipine, which is a calcium channel blocker and Prinivil contains the active ingredient Lisinopril, which is an ACE inhibitor, so while they treat the same conditions, they do work in different ways. ...

taking norvasc daily after 2 years I now have ED, thinking of using viagra. ## Have you discussed it with your doctor? Due to the way the Sildenafil in the Viagra works to improve blood flow, taking it with the Norvasc could actually cause severe hypotension. Therefore, you should really check with your doctor first, so they can base the decision on your current blood pressure levels and overall health. ## These medicine is safe for healthy hearts, but all men with coronary disease should take special precautions, plus some cannot rely on them under any circumstances.
