muscle aches and linzess

I have been on Linzess for a month. My dose is now 1 every other day. I am still waiting to see if the diarrhea subsides on the new dose. I have had another problem which started about 5 days in. My hips started aching. Since then I have having muscle tension in my shoulders and upper back. I dont' want to give up on the Linzess, but am concerned about the muscle aches. Is the diarrhea caused by the Linzess dehydrating me. My urine output seems normal. Or could I be reacting to something in the Linzess? ## Hi Karen, Sorry to hear about the muscle aches/diarrhea.
