Doctor has me taking nodolor for a cocusion can I take aleve for back pain ## Hello, Mitchell! How are you? Did you mean a concussion? You should check with your doctor, before adding Aleve, since the Nodolor contains Acetaminophen, along with Dichloralphenazone and Isometheptene. it is already intended to treat pain. Typical side effects to it may include nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness and stomach irritation, which are also virtually the same for the Aleve, which is an NSAID as listed by the FDA.
