Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is in 8th month of her pregnancy. Wifes age is 27. She is suffering from cold. Due to acute ear pain and nasal congestion she took one dosage of SN-15 (Serratiopeptidase & Nimesulide tab-100mg)...Was this safe for mother and the fetus. If I leave in US can still use Nise tablets. My mom is leaving with me now in US She is complaining about knee pain so she can still use same Nise Tablets 100mg ## Nimesulide is basically a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. It really depends on what country she is going to. Most will let you take in 2 to 3 months worth of an existing prescription medication. However, there are exceptions, such as when something is specifically prohibited there. EVen if she can take in a certain amount, there is also no guarantee that the medication is available there and she may end up having to switch to something else. What country is she going to? With that information, I can do more research for you.

That said, you will have to obtain a prescription from a licensed physician in order to purchase it at your local pharmacy. This is the only legal method for getting your hands on this drug. I have bad teeth, so just wanted to have a painkiller before I went to the doctor tonight. Went to thenearest medical centre and asked for a mild painkiller ; the Guy didn't even think twice before reaching for Nise. When I asked him not to give nimesulide, he got offended and told me to ask what is the brand that I needed, and started telling me that its alright to take nise because its not nimesulide alone, and that doctors prescribe still it. Is that a valid reason?

If a person takes 10 to 20 tablets a day then what are the side effects to the body? I want to know. ## Taking that many could cause a toxic overdose that results in overdose. I am a 43 year old male and I have been prescribed Nimesulide tablets for fever and bodyache. Tried searching for more info about it online and am left thoroughly confused by the contradictory reports online. I have a arthritis a long time. Now I live in Canada. Before I used nise-nimesulide. I couldn't find a tablets in Canada. Hello guys. I am having migrane kind of headache since 18 months. and i have consulted neuro physician and i had two times of MRI scan of brain and there was nothing in that. only cause came out is its sinus related. i was prescribed with set of tablets but there is no effect with those tablets. Then i started taking NISE tablet for my headache. I use to take 12 to 15 tablets in month for my headache. like i took NISE tablet for approximately 12 to 15 months. every month i took 12 to 15. There are other medications that can be used, such as Acetaminophen/Paracetamol, during pregnancy. HOW FAST TEN TABLETS WORKS ON AN INFLAMED SWOLLEN LEG. ## From what we have been able to discover, Nise is manufactured in India and contains 500mgs of Chlorzoxazone and 100mgs of Nimesulide. This combines a muscle relaxant with an anti-inflammatory. As to how fast it will work for you, there is no way to say for certain. Some people may experience relief faster than others and no medication works for everyone. Have you spoken to your doctor?

Does the usage of SN 15 tablets affect the Kidneys in any way? ## Based on my research, SN 15 tablets contain the active ingredient Nimesulide. And from what I've read, this medication has been associated with blood in urine, decreased frequency of urination, as well as kidney failure. Nimesulide may cause other serious side effects as well, so I think it's important that you contact your doctor if you ever do experience something unusual that is bothersome or severe. I am 8 weeks pregnant and suffering from flu since last 6 days. I took combination of paracetamol-500mg and aceclofenac-100 mg tablets almost everyday for this past week. Is it going to harm my baby? I also took nimuselide 100mg and paracetamol 400mg a couple of times. Please let me know. I get my headache weekly 2 to 3 times, None of the thearpy worked for me. I am facing this problem since 2002 underwent lot of treatment and medical scan. Finally this was diagonised due to bad LDL which is due to high in cholestral. Expect nice nothing works for me. I hear nice is bad which will affect kidney in a long run, some of my friends said it would lead to dialysis.
