Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is in 8th month of her pregnancy. Wifes age is 27. She is suffering from cold. Due to acute ear pain and nasal congestion she took one dosage of SN-15 (Serratiopeptidase & Nimesulide tab-100mg)...Was this safe for mother and the fetus. Pls Advice... ## Actually Nimesulide is contraindicated during pregnancy. Learn more Nimesulide details here. I am not sure how harmful one dose may be, but she should consult her doctor so they can check.
