Monticope Kid Side Effects

My son is having cold frequently. our doctor suggested to have one tablet of MONTICOPE - KID daily for 6 weeks ## Monticope contains Montelukast and Levocetirizine. These are both used to treat the symptoms of colds and allergies. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and headache. I want to know the side effects of this medicine, also i would like to know for what purpose this medicine is used? I am advised to give my 2yrs old daughter to Levolin, Azithral-XL and monticope.
