Mlx 152 Meds

MLX 125/123?

I found a white scored pill, a little smaller than a dime with MXL on the top and 125/123 on the bottom. Curious as to what this might be. ## yea i have the same ones, i have no idea what they could be their's no info on the net ## I am not sure what the ID is for this exact pill, but others that have come up for ID with the MLX logo are over the counter items, which is why this is hard to find. There are no regulations regarding the markings of OTC items like there are for prescription meds, so there is really no comprehensive database for them. For example, a pill marked MLX 152 is 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, and one marked MLX 123 is 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
