I checked three pharmacies and none carry butalbital manufactured by westward. I am told it is on back order with no specific date. Is it discontinued? Also, I was given MIA110 as substitute but it doesn't work as well. Any reason why that would be? ## Hi Mary, According to Medscape, Butalbital has been discontinued.
