Methadone Cost Without Insurance

I don't have insurance and need a strong pain medicine

Hi, I'm currently taking oxycodone 10 mg 4x a day. I need something stronger and something for break through pain. I don't have insurance so I need to do this cost wise since I'm paying out of pocket. I've taken dilaudid 4 mg with morphine 10 mg before and it did nothing for my pain. I've also taken methadone as well. I have bulging and herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, pinched nerves, fibromyalgia, spondylosis, and possibly spinal stenosis. I need another MRI. How can I tell my pm doctor to increase the Mg's of pain medicine without sounding like a drug seeker? Or give me something stronger I can pay for? ## I'm willing to pay the pharmacy $5 extra for each pill they fill for me but rite aid didn't go for that or CVS. Is their anyone...
