I'm 5'5", weigh 260 lbs, and recently started to have extremely low (30) blood sugars at night. I've been taking 2 x 500 mg Metformin and 1 x 2 mg Glimepiride after breakfast and after dinner. That would be the best thing to do, rather than trying to adjust your medications on your own. You are diabetic, so you need to have things checked out by a doctor regularly. Do you get a lot of exercise?
