3 Topics FoundI am in Merida Mexico, I do not speak Spanish. I have developed a boil. In Canada I have been prescribed Flucloxacillin and Cephalexin at differing times in the past. What would that be called in Spanish? Is it available? ## just in case anyone else finds themselves in this odd and most unlikely position. I went to a Dr. who was trained in the U.S. he told me that Mexico does not have antibiotics of that type or strength. He prescribed POSIPEN which is Dicloxacilina.. a form of penicillin. One every 10 hours for 7 days.
