Hi, I have had Avascular Necrosis, and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (stage 4). I have implanted Pain pump that infuses the medication directly into the Spinal Fluid. Over the past several years, I developed extremely "violent" itching. This itching leads to bruising in very large areas. I am also on Coumadin, currently 3mgs a day. I had two bouts with BiPulmonary Embolism(s) back in 1995-1996. I have been prescribed Atarax, Benedryl, and Allegra; all for this itching.
